How Do I Place My Order with KAUTE?

KAUTE launched its first product, the GAIA, via a preorder sale. Now, we have the GAIA in stock and available for regular purchase. Please read on for our order process and policies.

How do I begin the order process?

Create a KAUTE account or order as a guest 

We accept orders from logged in customers or from guests. If you choose to create a KAUTE account, you can check your order status any time by visiting your order history under My Account.

Check your billing and shipping address

Please check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as KAUTE is unable to reroute packages once they have shipped. Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address. We can ship to P.O. Box and military addresses, but we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. KAUTE reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet these conditions.

How do I pay for my order?

We collect 100% of funds upon checkout for your preorder. We accept major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (includes Elo, JCB and Union Pay) and Diner Club (includes their debit card). 

At this point in time, we are not able to offer the use of accelerated checkouts like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, PayPal, ShopPay or Venmo. Nor, are we are not able to offer any “Buy Now, Pay Later” installment options from companies like Afterpay or Klarna. 

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and displayed in checkout.

How and when is my order processed, confirmed and delivered?

Order Processing Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received by KAUTE. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. 

Order Confirmation Once you place your order and your form of payment is authorized, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number. If you have a customer account with us, you can track the status of all of your orders in your account. When your order ships out, you will receive a tracking number.

Order Delivery Our product will typically ship out from Victor, ID within 2-3 days of us receiving the order. Our shipments are made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at orders@kauteco.com with your order number. 

All items are final sale and returns are only available for store credit in the event that you are not satisfied with your order. (However, if we have the inventory available, we are happy to facilitate a product size or color exchange for you.) Please contact us within 14 days from delivery (your order tracking delivery date) to inquire about a return. Please see our page, “What Are Your Shipping and Returns Policies?” for more information.
