SHIPPING POLICY (for U.S.)
All orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. Weekend delivery is not available.
Check your billing and shipping address
Please check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as KAUTE is unable to reroute packages once they have shipped. Domestic U.S. orders require a verified U.S. billing address. We can ship to P.O. Box and military addresses, but we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. KAUTE reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet these conditions.

Delivery Delays Typically orders take anywhere from 2-3 business days to ship out from our Victor headquarters. If you have not received your order please contact us at orders@kauteco.com. KAUTE is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
Lost or Stolen Packages Please contact us at orders@kauteco.com if you believe your package is lost/stolen. We will file a claim on your behalf. Please note these claims can take up to 20 days to process. KAUTE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped without signature required that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address.
Damages and Order Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURNS POLICY
All regular sale items are eligible for return or exchange in the event that you are not satisfied with your order. Please contact us within 10 days from delivery (the orders tracking delivery date) to inquire about an exchange (if inventory is available) or return. Please note: If you wish to return a domestic (U.S) order, we deduct a $10 restocking fee and a return shipping label fee from your refund. See details below.
To be eligible for an exchange or a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To inquire about an exchange (if inventory is available) or a return, please contact us at orders@kauteco.com. Once your exchange or return process is initiated, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please print the attached return shipping label provided and ship per our instructions. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for any returns. This fee will be shown at the time of submitting and acknowledging the process. Returns sent with postage other than the one provided by KAUTE will not be accepted.
All returns must be sent back within 10 business days of you receiving your return instructions. Returns not sent back within that window will not be accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange, or return, will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the exchange (if inventory is available) or return was approved. If an exchange is approved, we will send out the necessary item(s) to complete the exchange. If a return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Your refund can take 2-7 business days depending on your bank. Please note: For all a domestic (U.S) returns, we deduct a $10 restocking fee and a return shipping label fee from your refund.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES
At this point in time, we are unable to ship internationally. As KAUTE grows, we plan to ship all over the world! Thank you for your interest and patience.
