Summary of Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange (if available) or a refund.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start your return, contact us at orders@kauteco.com. Once the returns process is initiated, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Your return will need to be received by us within 10 days of receiving our instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges and Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the exchange (if inventory is available) or return was approved. If an exchange is approved, we will send out the necessary item(s) to complete the exchange. If a return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Your refund can take 2-7 business days depending on your bank. Please note: For all a domestic (U.S) returns, we deduct a $10 restocking fee and a return shipping label fee from your refund.
